Jerome Corsi: The Dis-Corsi Code
Wednesday, August 13th, 2008
The Nossiter Net is cast  to snare some of  the riper rascalities of the day.  Comments?  Send a letter to the editor.
From the co-author of the John Kerry slander Unfit for Command comes Jerome Corsi's The Obama Nation. Mr. Corsi, who styles himself doctor on account of his alleged doctoral degree, once again tops the best seller list with his new novel about Barack Obama.

Media Matters has been following this author's career, unearthing such considered Corsi opinions as "Boy buggering in both Islam and Catholicism is okay with the Pope as long as it isn't reported by the liberal press." The media watchdog site also notes that Corsi claims both in his new book and repeatedly on TV that Obama supports abortion -- even after birth. Such insights can come from no ordinary man. As the author myself of several novels so far from achieving the best seller list they've yet to be published, I decided to learn more about Jerome R. Corsi, Ph.D. Applying the same scrupulous research techniques employed by Corsi in his several novels,  we learned the following startling facts:

In his Wikipedia entry, Corsi is cited as having married for a second time in 1991. The name of his second wife:
Monica Corsi. Coincidence? Or are we to recall Dick Cheney's joke about West Virginia: "There are lots of married couples there, and some of them aren't even related." But Corsi's marital adventures don't stop there. Consider: there is no further mention, not a single word, about his first wife, Joy Dugan. The entry notes that Corsi is a Roman Catholic. It's unlikely therefore that he would have divorced Dugan. And yet somehow she conveniently exits the stage in time for Corsi to marry, ahem, Corsi. Where is Joy Dugan? And what is Corsi hiding?

Corsi was born in 1946, exactly fifty years before the killing of JonBenet Ramsey. Furthermore, at the time of Ramsey's death Corsi was alleged to have been not only on the same continent as the murdered child, but in the very same country. Furthermore Ramsey was garroted, a method requiring expertise in the tying of knots. Although Corsi attacked John Kerry's service in Vietnam in his earlier book, he apparently avoided military service himself, claiming to suffer from eczema. However sources say that had Corsi served in the military, he would have chosen the navy, the service best known --
for knot-tying.

Corsi claims he received a Ph.D. from Harvard University in political science. Yet at Harvard the department is called not political science but
Government. Suspicious? And what is Corsi's history with the mail order degree concern Halvarh University in Cambridge, Nova Scotia?

Many other questions remain unanswered about this writer of fiction. On Friday, November 22, 1963, the day of the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Corsi was seventeen years old. Where was he at the time of the shooting? Prior to September 11, 2001, Corsi visited New York often, sometimes for reasons never fully explained. He has never to our knowldege described his role in the attack on the World Trade Center.

There you have him. Jerome R. Corsi,  best-selling writer of fiction -- or impenetrable man of mystery? We report, you decide.

A NOTE TO READERS ***Update***
Another three week plus hiatus, from April 30th until May 23rd, again due to Yahoo Geocities dismal service.

There was nothing new at The Nossiter Net between March 3rd and April 26th, 2007, nearly eight weeks.  The reason:  tech sabotage. Yahoo Geocities, the host for this site, denied access for the entire period.  At one point, they even managed to lose all the files.  In many discussions with Yahoo staff, no clear explanation was forthcoming.  No one seemed able to fix the problem.  Ruling out the possibility of Dubbya’s revenge, I finally wrote to Mr. Terry Semel, Chairman and CEO of Yahoo! Inc and described the ordeal the page had undergone since the beginning of March.  A week later, a helpful Yahooo engineer named Jason called.  He had my letter before him.  Though he couldn’t do the repairs on on the spot, he promised a fix by the next day.  That was April 26th, nearly two months after shutting me down in the first place.

The Nossiter Net apologizes, which is more than I can say for Yahoo Geocities.
